We hired Ellery Harris (ATC Photography) in Jan for our wedding. The wedding took place Oct 24 in Houston, TX, and we have yet to get in touch with Ellery or collect our photos. The websites, email addresses, and telephone numbers that he provided no longer work. He answered one of my numerous emails asking for more money to ship the CD with our photos on it to my home, I said hell no and we have not heard from him again. The CD with the our engagement photos are of horrible quality. We can't do anything with the photos such as larger prints or photo books because the resolution is so low the photos come out blurry. Most qualified photographers provide you with high resolution photos that are much more sharper and of better quality. Throughout our business with Ellery, he has avoided our emails and calls. It took us almost six months to get our Engagement/Bridal CD. We researched Ellery and ATC on the web recently and found out that he has did the same thing to other customers in LA.
