I met with photographer to discuss wedding services 6 months prior to wedding. We made an agreement, signed a contract, paid a deposit. The agreement included 400 photos on cd, no prints. He did show up to the wedding (20 minutes prior to ceremony), pictures were taken. However, it took 6 weeks, several calls, texts and threats before we received an incomplete cd. There were approx. 187 photos, instead of 400. No pictures of the bridal party walking down the aisle.
As of today (more than 2 months later), Mr. Terry Starr is MIA. He claims to always be away on a photo shoot. Or blames the "lab" for the delay (by the way - we never discussed a "lab" in our initial discussions).
I believe that he is a con man. He is a smooth talker, promises you the world, comes across sincere, but will take your money and run. I believe he only took the photos I received, although he "appeared" to take photos throughout the ceremony.
