I switch my phone carrier on April 12. I got complaints that my phone wasnt working and I was unhappy with the service loosing calls like I had a cell phone connected to my home phone.
I cancelled with IDT on April 22 (11) day. I was expecting to pay for the 11 days but I was charged a full month worth of services $59.00 taken from my credit card. I ask for a refund. I have been calling since May 12. I spoke to the customer service department seven (7) people with seven different answers. First it would take three weeks for the refund today June 16 I spoke to Julie who stated it would take 190 day.
I have requested to speak to a supervisor, director, or a team lead. No one in the customer service department could tell me the name of the person in charge of the company, department, or shift. So I went on line and got the names of IDT Management.
The amount is not a large amount but it is my hard earned money and I would like it refunded as soon as possible.
