On April 9th I sent for a home based program called $7,400.00 Per Month. I waited until May 24th and sent Mr. Bordic a letter asking him where my program was at that I had purchased in April. Received a letter from him on June 1st saying he was sorry the program must have gotten lost in the mail and that he would resend it.
I waited for a couple of weeks and sent another letter to him asking for a refund since I had not received his program now 2 weeks after he said he would send it out and I would receive it within 10 days. My letter was sent out on June 14th. I had not heard from him and finally I sent him another letter asking for a refund on July 19th. It is now August 19th and I have not heard from him yet.
I have my cancelled check that shows he received my payment from me and his program says that it has a money back guarantee. His program says that if you don't receive $2,700.00 to $7,400.00 per month just return package for a full refund. The problem here is that I never received his program either time that he claims to have sent it out so I can't return something I don't have and furthermore I don't want his program anymore after such a hassle.
I was wondering if the BBB of Cedar Park could assist me in getting a refund. Hope you can be of some help here, don't know if he has any other complaints about his company. Thank you
