I signed up for their free credit report. I called and cancelled within the 30 day free trial period.
On March 1, my credit card was charged $79.95. I called their customer service department to get a refund. They told me they had a record of me calling to cancel within the 30 day time period.
However, they said that the customer service rep I spoke with that day was able to convince me NOT to cancel my account. This is not true. The person I spoke with that day told me my account was cancelled and that I would not be charged.
