The Property Managers (Vic and Nancy) are Racist, Uneducated and inexperience in this job position. Managers - Vic and Nancy DO NOT speak proper ENGLISH and only approve applicants who speak ARMENIAN. For the past two years I've not noticed any other race to move in. Per the managers, the entire building is a one bedroom apartment complex. When I want it to bring in two roommates the managers didn't allow and stated there can not be more than 2 adults in a one bedroom. How is this okay for them when there are 4 of them living in a one bedroom. They never answer their phone.
They have NO customer skills nor are they a peoples person. They are never onsite. Both managers work during the day. They allow maintenance technicians to enter units without providing proper 24 Hours Notice. ONLY managers wash their vehicles and make repairs in the parking garage. But tenants are NOT ALLOWED to do the same. There is No guest parking but they have their guests using tenants parking spots. I notice the managers are the janitors of the property but they hardly clean the building.
Last but not least, these managers have two young boys. They get loud and are trouble makers. The boys run in the hallways, band on the doors and the walls and disturb tenants. They also ride bikes and play balls in the hallways. I have notice when our children play in the hallways and get a little loud, both managers get out and shout really loud at our children and guests and threatens them. On multiple occasions I've heard Vic who gets very loud and starts using bad words. I do believe this managers both have an Alcoholic and anger issue and one day they are going to hurt an innocent people.
I hope this message goes out to the Property Owners or the Management. Fix this problem before it gets worse. Sincerely, An afraid tenant.
