The traffic noise is unbelievably loud. If you rent a unit near the coner of Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road or along Winchester, expect to be awakened each week day with loud engine noise, motorcycles, etc.
I was referred to the property via Rent.com, under the promotion of $100 off first full months rent. The property managers refused to honor the promotion in good faith.in addition, the property managers are rude and trashy.
Under each of the stairwells, there is a dirt area. This is a common place for pets and even people to urinate and crap, no joke. This, in conjunction with the trash, enables poor sanitation conditions at the property.
The management will take your deposit and overcharge for basic or non-existent repairs.in addition, do not be surprised if your water heater is not turned on when you move in the property. Expect a cold shower on the first morning you live at the property.
This apartment complex is by far the worse one in the Murrieta and Temecula valley area.
Due to the noise pollution, failure to honor advertised promotions, poor health conditions, poor maintenance skills, blatent ripoff with the deposit and just simply uneducated and rough edged property management leaves Eagle Glen in Murrieta as one of the worse places to rent.
