They do not visit property. Tenants can trash my house, not pay the rent. Managers do nothing, until we call them. Then they make up stories about what happened.
Cost me two months rent last year. Nov. found current tennant has a dog, against the lease. Managers didn't know.
I pay them to manage my property, they take the money, and do NOT even visit my property! I even complained to the B.B.B. About them!
