On December 31st I contracted James Voss with Alls Fixed to install 576ft of Laminate flooring in my home. He requested the bulk of the money upfront $839 of the $1121 dollars quoted for the job. Because we had a good relationship with him from his past work in our home we gave him $900 to begin plus an additional $100 for materials. Mr. Voss showed up with two gentlemen who he claimed had worked for him for six months although they appeared to not know what they were doing. He subsequently had to fire the guys for poor workmanship on not only our home, but others. After three days of working in my home, I noticed that there were several places in my floor where the boards were not locked in or gaps from the floor to the wall. I also noticed that there where holes in my baseboards and missing pieces as well. Mr. Voss came out on Thursday, January 5th, surveyed the damaged and promised to come out on Sunday the 8th at 10AM to get everything fixed.
