I received a message on December 30 from TSC credit department indicating that they were unable to process 2 instalments on one of the items I had ordered. As soon as I got home, I transfer funds to my credit/debit a/c. I even informed the customer service that the matter was taken care of and to please process the payment asap. I was then told the payment will probably not be processed until after the New Year holiday. Understandably, they cancelled all the new orders I had placed on-line due to an outstanding balance on my account.
A week went by, I called to follow up with TSC customers service and asked if the payment was processed. They said the amount remains outstanding. It has been nearly 2 weeks, I've spoken with so many individual representatives and asked them to please look into this further. The credit card is in good standing and I check on-line everyday to make sure there's sufficient funds in the account. I even made a withdrawal with my card as of yesterday. I was told the card was declined but that's not possible. So, we spoke to our credit card company and was informed that TSC showed no attempts to put purchases through at all during the past two weeks. I have requested a numerous time to speak with the credit department or the management, they refused to transfer my calls.
I am extremely upset by this and have not been able to order new items because of my outstanding account status. Not to mention I have been a long-time customer of TSC and have spent a tremendous amount of money shopping with them. What's happening with their customer service?
Can anybody advise me as to where can I file this compliant to?
