I own a double wide house and I orrdered $2000 worth of trafficmaster laminate from Home Depot and was supposed to have it installed by Cooper Flooring (contracted by Home Depot) approx 2 weeks after we picked it up. The installers showed up, pulled up 1/2 of my carpet and when they saw the "marriage" line where the 2 halves of the house come together, they said the floor was uneven and they couldn't install it. We called both HD and Cooper and explained to them that the floor was even (a bubble level proved that) but still, the refused to install it. The installers drove away leaving my pulled-up carpet piled in a corner. I will never darken HD's door, again, and will never use Cooper Flooring for anything. The whole situation was terrible. Fortunately, I found another company who said there was no reason why it couldn't be laid. Will and Daniel were great and got it installed in one day. It looks great.
I have to also say that in spite of my bad experience, Michelle and Joe at the Crowley HD went above and beyond to help me purchase the product but their customer service rep needs a class in customer service.
