Ehlers Construction company hired a subcontractor to install laminate flooring in my home. The laminate flooring was improperly installed, which caused the floor to buckle. The laminate flooring had a manufactures defect, however was installed despite the defect. I contacted the contractor and reported my issues. I was advised to follow-up with the manufacture. Ehlers paid the subcontractor for the installation despite the fact the floor was flawed and installed improperly. Ehlers then charged me for the floor installation. THe floor had to be ripped out and replaced and the subcontractor was still paid by Ehlers.
