When i ordered Cox cable TV and internet i had to pay a fee of $120 up front... When we lost our work we downgraded and then got shut off. Now my $120 was supose to go to my bill of $171 wich would bring it down to $51 wich is no bother to me. Except i got a bill for $111. I called them on this and they swore i only payed an upfront fee of $60 because the other $60 was never charged. I sent them my bank statements and they still denied this to the full. Now they have thier Lawyers demanding $171 from me for full paymeny of this account. They are trying to rip me off for $120 $171. I ask that all people out there keep a close eye on their bill with this company. I have heard from others about this same issue... So far there have been NOTHING i can do on this... But i WILL find a way.
