In February I recieved a service charge on our phone bill from One Call Communications for $11.34 for a service that we did not give authorization for on the computer. I paid our phone bill in full that included this particular service charge since I did not want any late charges on our phone bill.
Recently I received a bill for this amount directly from
One Call Communications - which I will not pay for again. They claim that GTE West removed the charges for this service from our local telephone bill. However I paid our phone bill in full which included the $11.34... They are asking for payment.
Another way to get more money out of the public. I had a block put on our phone line not allowing any third party calls which somehow is associated with computers since we use a dialup.
Anyone else get a bill directly from One Call Communications inc. When any claims for services. Shouldn't they have a record of what, where, whatever and not put it on the consumer
to look at their history? They can claim anything if they want without any hardcore proof.
