My complaint is that Charter Communications is a big rip off. They shut my cable off after the multiple reports that I had made that there service did not work and that I had not recived a bill.
They never sent us a bill and now they want $133.23, as well as shut off my services after which I had made my final call to figure out why the services do not work and that I have not recived a bill since the services we started. They told me that I do indeed owe that amount and that my services (what a joke) will remain off until it is payed.
Now who in there right minds think that is the way to run a business, not me. Further more as any red blooded American I do have the freedom to swich companies and I have TO DISH! They send me a bill, I pay and if I should have any problems which I don't they will correct the problem the first time.
