I feel your pain Jay in Texas. I too have become a victim of Centex's billing practices and auto one year renewal while living in Arizona.
I was a loyal customer for 5.5 years and was relo'd to a state where their services were not offered. After cancelling my service, I am still being billed 10 months later due to the auto one year renewal and they will not respond to me.
Centex has issued my account to a collection agency. Unless you want to pay for a service that is not being provided to you, search elsewhere before considering Centex.
