Centex Hometeam Security ripoff, ignores contacts at end of contract then renews contract for 1 year Austin

At the end of my three year contract I attempted to not renew. They told me to fax them a letter which I did. I continued getting bills and recontacted them. They informed me they had renewed me for a year and there was nothing I could due. I sent them two registered letters which they ignored. All I get is computer generated bills and threats. If I contact them by phone I get rude no solution customer no service.
