Cingular Wireless Roaming Charges ROAMING RIP OFF

I got my 1st phone with Cingular in 1989 and added more over the years 1 of these i gave my son to use when he went away to school all had nation wide calling no roaming charges.
The whole time he was in madison wi. He called home and to his friends in other states with no problems and life was good.
Then he comes home for six months his phone quit working so we gat it replaced and we were told we had to comitt for 2 more years no problem that was fine with nation wide calling and no roaming.
He goes back to school in new york he calls home and we think life is still good till the bill comes in the mail $900 in roaming charges
I called there csrs they tell me any one see the mistake and it has to go to there rerate dept. Just waite a few weeks for it to come back no one calls me i get a letter in the mail telling me the rerate has been turned down.
The rerate did not even contact me for my side of the story of all the phones i have with cingular why would i not put nation wide no roaming on his phone when i have it on all the others i would never knowing let that happen and i fill that i was lied to
i have talked to my lawyer and will be faxing him the 30 plus pages of posting i got of the web.
People we have stop them from makeing us pay for their mistakes i wish i could put down my email address so i could give your names and address to my lawyer to start a class action suite
I only hope this posting does some good as well thanks for takeing the time to read this post
John
