Supervisors and staff i had 2 lines and had 2 phones that i had insurance on they told me i did not have insurance charged me full price for the phones and now that i canceld service they are charging me 800$ and wont give internet

T mobile stole my money and than charged me a cancellation fee of 800.00$.

They told me i had no insurance on my phones so i had to replace my phones and pay full price, after a few months i cancelled they're service because they have no customer service. I called on the 27th of december to tell them that i will pay this bill when i get my money back for paying on the phones i replaced.
I was told the supervisor will call me back "today". On january 3rd i haven't heard from them and had to call them myself, i talked to a supervisor who told me that i was "to late" and was not going to get my money back from them or the store i purchased the phones at.
I am not paying this bill i feel like they stole my money and now they want me to give them more.
I hate t mobile they steal from you and than charge you some extra.
I honestly think this is a form of racism because they thought my name sounds foreign i must be stupid enough to not realize that i am being screwed up and down
