The "Verizon Family" is not a family I would be proud to be a part of. They say that it's like catch and release, but its not. They are fishing but its for keeps. That is your $ money $. I was working security at one of their stores when i dropped my T-Mobile phone in the toilet.instead of just letting me work they found this perfect opportunity to take Full advantage of me since I was stuck there for another hour and had no phone.

I told them I had 4 phones on a family plan at T-Mobile and they told me their prices were way better as were their phones and as long as i bought one phone at their regular price they would give me 3 free. I kept explaining I would only bring 3 of the lines over since i didnt talk to the other person on the account any longer. They tried to take the other one anyway.

On top of that they told me the $200 a phone T-mobile would charge they would cover and waive activation and give me a 25% discount on the phone and the bill since i worked for them. 2 days later verizon customer service contacted me saying that they couldn't give me that discount, and were charging me activation, then T-mobile sent me a collection bill for $1,060 for early termination and other charges, I contacted Verizon who told me it was my responsibility to pay my debts.

I decided to cancel Verizon. This was on day 28 i tried to return the phones and cancel the service they told me because the manual was missing they couldnt even cancel the service or except any of the phones even though only one book was missing. I talked to CSR who told me to tell the store to charge me $5 for the book so i did. 2 months later i get a bill for the verizon phones and they tell me I tried to cancle 3 months too late they had to charge me the early termination fees and the bills for the past 2 months they will waive the last one. I told them no i ported out on day 28 and i am not paying anything they agreeed and told me if i received another bill to call. When i call i get the run around and hung up on
