I wish I would of looked at the reviews of Everything Neon before I ordered from them!!! I received a sign that was defective and sent it back. It has been since October (3 months) and I still do not have the replacement or a refund.
I have been getting such a run around from this company. I have spoke with Trish, Yvette and Connie and all three have one excuse after another on how busy they are and how they cannot even open their emails or listen to their voice mail.
They will not refund your money. They also will not send a replacement. Please do not use this company! It is by far the worst customer service ever.
I am out $385.00.By the looks of their reviews, this is consistent to how they conduct business.
