I ordered a simple lighted window sign for my store. After numerous calls to find what was delaying the completion of my sign, it finally arrived but was the wrong color. So, I had to wait another extended period of time for them to make and send me another sign. They indicated they had a new manufacturer in China, and were having some production issues.
After hanging the sign in my window, it stopped working after 2 weeks. The customer service rep indicated they were having problems with the transformers being strong enough, so they sent me a larger transformer. This one also burned out adfter 3 weeks.
At this point I asked for my money back, but was told I had to return the broken sign first. I sent the sign back 2 months ago and have yet to receive my refund. And now I can't even get the customer service people to answer their phone or call me back. All I get is an email saying they will check with accounting.
