I found Neon Design A-Sign after an internet search of the types of signs I was going to use for a business. I purchased one LED sign from them and the company was supposed to make me another sign (Back Lit) which they never did (although I didn't pay for that one).
The sign I did purchase, does not communicate with the computer to download information into it for viewing in a correct manner. I emailed their representative and it wasn't until I filed a BBB report did I get a response from them. They still have not contacted me about this defective item or how to fix it. They have not answered my emails and when I do call, the person (s) I should speak with are not available. This has made me turn towards other means of getting the service I need or to make others aware of their business practices.
