I ordered five neon sins from Kabin 28. They were delivered as promised, but were poorly packaged and three of them suffered breakage in transit. I received replacement parts that enabled repairing two of the signs. They did not have one of the repair parts for the third sign. Documentation with the repair parts came from a company named Mt. Neon also from Vancouver, WA. Their note on their shipping papers dated 9/11/07 said the remaining repair part was "coming in about 3 weeks". It never arrived and I have been fighting with them for the past eighteen months trying to resolve this matter.
They have given me several excuses about why they could not deliver the repair part and then offered to give me another neon sign as a replacement. I have agreed on more than one occasion to accept their offer of a specific replacement sign, but they never followed up by sending me a replacement sign. I have told them that they could either replace the sign or refund my money ($200.00). The last story I got was that the business was sold and the previous owner was the one that had the obligation. They did offer, however, to send me the same replacement sign as previously discussed, but failed to do so after I agreed to that solution.
These people have stopped responding to my emails. As a result, I assume they intend to continue to perpetuate their rip-off. They obviously do not conduct business in an ethical and honest manner.
