As well I wished I read this site before I sent my paid and sent my order. I paid for my sign and they told me 4 weeks to ship, I called in 4 weeks and no sign. My order was not submitted to the factory, it will be another 4 weeks and I (customer service) personally submitted the order. 4 weeks no sign, Oh you did not receive your sign? Well you can get a refund or wait another 4 weeks. Thanks I will just take a refund, one week later no contact and i was just rudely disconnected from the live chat. What the other complaints are saying is true, they do not make the neon signs they have a factory that they order from in China so they are a re-seller. The owners are the names mentioned. I just hope I get my money back!
