This company is charging me for over $159 in 900 adult chat calls which I never made. I have a 900 block on my phone. I do not have a dial-up modem on my computer. I have never called a 900 number as I am on a fixed income.
Customer service at 900 Direct is extremely rude to put it mildly. It's a wonder I received their bill at all since they had my name and address wrong. The BBB rates this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of complaints which cause them concern.
900 Direct claims they are a billing company for USA Connect; however, USA Connect informed me that they have no affiliation with 900 Direct, although they have received numerous other complaints.
How can this company get away with such an obvious scam? I plan to contact the FCC regarding this matter. I would be interested in joining a class action suit against this company.
