The customer service at this company is horrible! I have ordered 3 items from this company starting on November 13th. Each time I have sent an email asking about my items they send a canned response. When I call they have no concrete information about my shipment, sent incorrect tracking numbers and cannot give an exact date of when my orders will be delivered. Their excuse is because they charge $2 shipping is why it takes so long to get your order. They also keep you on hold for over an hour and no one comes back on the line. They say 24/7 customer serivce, ha! What a lie! When you ask for a supervisor they say he's not available... Probably don't even have one. I would rather pay regular shipping
Costs than to wait over a month to get my order. I'm in fear that I will not even get my orders and I have spent alot of money with this company
