I ordered 3 items from nomorerack.com on Cyber Monday (11). Already being a skeptic about shopping on-line I thought I would try it for the first time and I will never do this again. At least not with a fly by night company such as this.
After a month and 2 days I contacted the company about the items and they promised it to me by Dec. 21.in time for Christmas. I was told if the items did not come that they will issue a refund and a refund for the inconvenience. Considering I needed the items before Dec. 21 they never came until days after the second promise date.
When the items arrive they came, I only received a partial order. The two items I got came on different days, had no invoice, the quality was poor and the third item was never delivered.
At that point, I contacted nomorerack.com and requested information for a full return and credit back to my card. I sent the items back for a refund and for the refund on the item that I never received!
I have yet to receive either. However, I did receivced an e-mail to call the customer service departmart regarding the refund which turned out to be a third party company who handles their tracking of packages not refunds!!! Noremoreracks is a scam!!! I am out merchandise and CASH!!! Buyer Beware!
