I have placed several orders with this website/company. Every order has been shorted items, has substitued (or incorrectly processed for shipping) items, items that don't even look like what I ordered from the website, or just plain junk that arrives with no instructions and doesn't work like it is represented to work on the website.
Should have known from the 1st order that this is a fraudulent company but guess I am a slow learner. I have contacted the company and have several "requests" (the term they use for complaints, apparently) outstanding and ongoing with them with absolutely no resolution to date. Lots of "we are looking into your issue", "we have referred your request to a supervisor", "we have issued you a credit to your nomorerack account", etc... Nothing is resolved, no shipment of missing items, no shipment of correct items, no credit to my nomorerack account (as if I would want to buy something from them ever again) or no credit to my credit card.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputes with my credit card companies. I realize that I am probably wasting my time, but it does me good when I can get it out and let it go.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I think they operate on fraudulent practices and have no intention of making their customers happy. "At NoMoreRack, customer satisfaction is our main goal." Seriously NoMoreRack? You need to try harder...
