ThePetStoreOnline has entirely blocked off any sort of customer service. For nearly six months after returning an item that they agreed to replace, they have neither returned a replacement or given a return despite numerous emails, attempted phone calls, snail mail letters, there has been absolutely no response at all.

In essence the Georgia business has kept both the item and my money and is now hiding out making itself absolutely unreachable aside from physically going over to the state of Georgia from my home in Washington, DC.

This is one of the worst, most frustrating experiences and the among the nastiest internet stores I have had to deal with. I bought several items from them and followed their rules for returns, etc. And am being shut out. But, with their blockage of customers from contacting them, I am troubled and hope everyone will think twice before using a company like this.
