I had ordered 3 dog harness' back in October.
First of all they never emailed me to let me know when my items would be shipped. I had to email the "customer service dept." for an update on my shipping.
The PetStore Online doesn't provide a phone number.
Two of my items were to big for my dog, so I went ahead on Oct. 17 and emailed the returns dept. (as it stated on the invoice in case I needed to return an item).
The returns dept. Emailed me an RM# the following day and emphasized the following:
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA is issued
We recommend that you return your package by UPS/Fed-Ex, or another trackable shipping service that requires signature upon delivery
I went ahead an shipped my 2 return items via UPS & The PetStore Online received on 10/31/11; signed by HAWKINS.
