I placed an order for two pet collars, one worked the other did not. On line Pet Store's return policy requires a return merchandise number. Since October I made several phone calles and e-mails in order to properly return the merchandise... They won't talk to you. I finally shipped the collar back return receipt requested... After a month I received a signed acceptance receipt. Yesterday the package was returned to me as "REFUSED". My credut card company is now taking action. The amount of money involved is not the issue... The way they do business is!
