This is the worse company for buying pet supplies every. I tried to purchase an electronic training collar for a small dog. As soon as I placed the order they charged my account and sent me a confirming email. That was the last I ever heard from them. The email said they would update me as my order progressed.
After a week I called customer service. I left a message (no one ever answers). Then a couple of days later I left another message. I also sent them a couple of email messages. No one ever responded to anything. I finally called my credit card company, told them the problem and got a credit on my account.
Don't even try to do business with them. I don't even know why they still have their website up. Is anyone there?
