I ordered a PetSafe Bark Control Bird House from ThePetStoreOnline.com, on Nov. 1. I got a confirmation email right away. Since then, I have tried to contact them to get a status of my order. I called around 2pm. The answering machine said the store hours were 9 - 4 and to call back. I tried again the next day and the recording said that number couldn't be reached from my location. So I drove to another location and continued to get the same message.
I'm going to try to get my credit card company to get my money back from them, but I really think this company's web site should be shut down. Not sure how to get that done.
