High Priced Worst service eve

I have experienced the absolute worst customer service with AT&T. I think that the process of customer service at AT&T is terrible. I spent approximately $2228/yr on UVerse and I spent over $2200 a year on 3 cellular phones. Had been a loyal AT&T customer for more over 5 Years It was announced not long ago that AT&T was dead last in a survey of customer satisfaction of mobile phone service providers. I certainly see why.

AT&T first changed my unlimited downloads on my internet to 250 GB. I had purchased the highest speed available and they want to cap you because more and more people are using streaming services like Netflix and not using AT&T on demand so they limit you so that they can cut you off or charge more. Why then don't they charge you less for using less bandwidth. They raised their rates because you know who is paying for the t-mobile deal US (well you I dropped them).

For the last year I have had several service calls for the same issue (slow unreliable internet) The issue was never resolved, But good old at&t kept saying it was resolved. The bottom line is they are not a good service provider. They overcharge. Get away while you can. Post at http://fedupconsumers.
