Charged twice without reason, on Nov 10 and Dec 10

Hello. I was charged by IC Freeshipping twice without any reason, the first time on Nov 10 and the second time on Dec 10. (I was so busy and forgot to claim you. Now it's the second time.) I would like to have a clear explanation from your end promptly.
