Ripoff towards the end of the call he had the nerve to tell me that if I was done yet because he hadn't even been listening to me for the past ten minutes

This company had me going in circles!!! When there was a problem no one could help. I had to explain the situation more than once on EVERY call.

Every time they told me to do something and then call back there were no notes in the system. No one could tell what was going on.

I paid 42 something to get my service on. After a month passed my service was still not on. I called to inquire about long distance and that's when the rep first noiced that my app had not gone through yet because of a problem with the line. They had me call SBC to see what the problem was. They could not help me.

I called back and on purpose didn't say anything just so I could see what the rep would tell me. Guess what?!? THE SAME THING!!! But there were no notes that I had just called. Then she hung up on me. SO I called back again and the same thing happened as in the second time I called. Then ironically I get a letter the day after apologizing for my service not being on yet and when I call back the day of the I got the letter they tell me that my service has been disconnected for non payment!!! They haven't even turned it on yet!!!

Then to top it all off they want me to pay the monthly bill plus a $20 reconnection fee. After being on the phone two different times for more than an hour they tell me to call back the next day so I can speak to a supervisor so I do. Then the girl tells me that there is no supervisor in yet because it is Saturday and they don't know when one will be in. She takes a number to call back at and never calls. I call back to see what happened and they say that one hasn't gone in yet and that one might not even go in since it is Saturday. So

I'm totally pissed off by now and the guy asks if I will allow him to help me. So I said please. So here I go again explaining the situation. Here they go again telling me to call back. This time on Tuesday since it is Saturday. So I call back and, get this, there are no notes about what went on with my conversation with him. So guess what? I have to explain myself again be on the phone for about another hour and the girl doesn't even listen to whay I say. When I ask her she can't tell me. So her solution is to try to tell me to call repair and tell them what was going on so they can "look" into it and dtermine whether or not the problem was on there end or not.

And by the way let me mention it is now Tuesday May the 18th. I finally get a bill for my "services". My due date May 12th the date on the envelope as to when it wen through the post office May 15th. So I ask the girl to explain to me just how do they expect for people to make their payments on time if they're sendind the bills out after the due date.

Then they automatically charge them the $20 reconnection fee as the services are terminated on the day after the due date if not paid. So to top this all off I finally speak to some guy who says he's the supervisor and he gives me an attitude and tells me that they're not gonna go broke because I choose to leave and that I could file report with the BBB if I wanted and shi* still wouldn't happen. And towards the end of the call he had the nerve to tell me that if I was done yet because he hadn't even been listening to me for the past ten minutes. And my blood just boils while I write this horrible horrible situation.
