Little to no support for broken ice-make

Purchased an extended warranty through this company and now that the ice maker on our Frigidaire Gallery does not work - neither Frigidaire or Assurant (Federal Warranty Service Corporation) will deal with it. We have dealt with with this for the past 6 months. DO NOT USE either company.
