Purchased a new Frigidaire Refrigerator from Lowes about a year ago. We started having problems with it this month we called Lowes they said call the Mfg. So we called Frigidaire they sent out a tech the tech replaced a bad part then 5 days later the frig broke down again. We asked the Mfg for a replacement since our warranty is almost up they refused but they sure did try to sell us an extended warranty like we would spend MORE money with this terrible company. I thought a refrigerator was a major appliance and should last 10 to 15 years or more. Out of pocket for dry ice, meat and items from the frig they still won't replace it. Guess we will have to call Texas Attorney General's Office.
