I signed up with tmobile. Paid 315 dollars to have my phones
overnighted. My phones were intercepted by tmobie. We never saw the
package. When we called to ask why, they couldn't seem to tell us so
we told the we wanted our money back. We were lied to and told we
would see it in 3 days. It has now been almost a month and I still do
not have my money and they also sent us a bill today for the amount of
140 for services we don't even have with them. No one will help us and
when we said we were filing a lawsuit they told us it was our
purogative. They have cause us alot of stress and complications financially. Sine we were expecting the money back and never got it, we had to take advances from our credit cards to cover checks which cost us more money in interest and we are now behind in a truck payment over this.
