I went into their store on 7/20/08. My old cell phone had died and I wanted to get the exact same model. The reason I wanted the same model is that it was a very simple, easy, to operate phone. I am 68 years old and find that I don't understand the complicated phones that are coming out. I went to 2Be wireless and talked to Jon N. When I told him I wanted the same model phone, he told that T Mobile had stopped carrying that particular phone (Nokia 6133) due to all the problems they were having with the phone. At that point he sold me A Samsung phone that was much more complicated than I wanted. After going home and telling my son, my son checked on the internet and found out that the Nokia phone was still offered by Tmobile, and in fact the Nokia is still offered to this day. The next day I went back to 2be and told them that the Nokia was still offered by Tmobile and that I wanted that phone. I then told 2be that I felt lied to since I asked for the Nokia and was told that was no longer offered by Tmobile.in my opinion, when someone lies to make a sale, they are committing fraud and I didn't want to deal with any company that would act that way. Because of my feelings, I asked for my money back. 2be told me that they would give me store credit, but they would not give me a refund. Once again, I insisted on a refund as I was lied to initially, but they refused and only gave me a store credit. At this point I called Tmobile corporate offices and spoke with a Jason, to complain about the actions of 2be wireless. Jason told me that he felt bad about what had happened, but 2be was an independent company and there was nothing Tmobile could do. Jason called 2be, and 2be told me that 2be would in fact get me the Nokia phone I wanted, charge me the then current price for the Nokia, and give me a store credit for the remaining amount. I told them I wanted my money back as I was lied to and don't do business with companies that lie. They refused to give me my money back and at this point I feel I will pass away before they do anything else to fix their problem.
