Mirabella's Hair damaged by Keratin treatment

My hair was damaged by a Keratin Treament applied by Stylsit Todd Dasher.

Mr. Dasher informed Linda Rohlsing, Mirabella's owner would issue a refund check. That promise was not kept. The refund was not received.
