Defective hardware still under warranty
My recently replaced MagicJack device has failed a second time for the exact same reason - unable to make calls and being unable to hear people when they call. My current MagicJack hardware is under warranty, yet my business has been without a phone for over two weeks while a replacement hardware device still hasn't shipped. I get a runaround every time I contact customer support. My patience is exhausted and I am looking to switch to a different service and file a suit against MagicJack for lost business revenue due to their breech of contract.
