On Aug 28 11:00am I had made a purchase online for a friend. Once I had made the purchase I had contacted my friend to tell her what I had gotten her but she said that she did not want, as soon as I hung up with her.
I had tried calling their customers service phone number numerous times to cancel the transaction that was made but there was no answer. I also sent two emails requesting cancelation of the order to this email address above. At this point the purchase amount of $107.10 had been deducted from my account
On Aug 30 12:44pm, An online operator had contacted me with no name or signature block stating that “We only received your payment information, however, we did not receive the details of your purchase due to this nature, If it is not too much inconvenience, Could you please reply to this email with the contents of your purchase for a total of $107.10. Please specify, Item Id or Item Name/Style, Size and Color, Qtys, etc.”
I had sent yet another email reiterating what I had stated in the other emails I had sent. On Aug 31st the online operator had stated “We will cancel your order. Regards”. On Sep 8th I had sent an email to check up on the status of the cancelation, I received an email from the online operator that same day saying that “The refund is being processed. It should finish processing Within 5 business days.”
Sent yet another email to the online operator on Sep 28th & Oct 5th asking for information as to why I haven’t received the refund and requested for a phone number other then the operator phone number (which they removed from the website now by the way), the operator sent me an email with just a phone number 305-556-5777, I called and no one picked up, the answering machine stated to email the email above ([email protected]), left about three messages on the answering machine and no one got back to me.
So I emailed yet again on Oct 9 & 15 and I have yet to receive any replies to my email. I also called and of course no answer.
Well needless to say I have cancelled the debit card I used on this purchase since they have my information.
