I ordered some iPods from www.pushplaydigital.com on May 17 and paid for them with my debit card. I checked my order status online a week and a half later and they still had not shipped. So I sent an email through their website.
Two days later I still had not heard back from them so I sent another email again with the same results. I think I might have sent a thrid email but don't recall for sure. Emails are sent through their website and did not have an email address.
There was an 800 number on their site so I called and got a recording that everyone was busy assisting other customers and to leave a message. I left a message with my name, phone number, and order number and told them that I had sent emails as well. A few hours later I called again and got the same recording.
I went to the website again yesterday 6/6/07 to get the phone number and it was not there anymore. I called my bank and they gave me a phone number from the transaction (410/483-1550) to call and said the company name was Twenty Ente. When I tried the phone number a recording stated that it was disconnected.
I'm out over $400 because I used my debit card.
