I was frustrated with my first experience with BrilliantStore. I ordered a new power adapter for my PowerBook G4 and it was dead on arrival. I e-mailed their customer support with detailed information including the troubleshooting steps I had tried to find out what to do next. After they verified that I had ordered the correct adapter (which I had confirmed in my original e-mail) they agreed to RMA it for another one. It took three full days from my initial e-mail before they issued a RMA number so I could ship it back. I had to pay to ship the bad one back (with tracking) and had to wait for them to receive it before they would ship another one. All in all, it took just over three weeks from the date I placed my order until I got a working one.
