Phone adapter device worked for 1 year, than suddenly went dead right before second year free service was about to begin. Called support and was advised that I would need to pay $49 shipping replacement fee. According to support I was using wrong power adapter. We are using the same power adapter they shipped to us. So this is just another way to get money from the customer. Tech support is no help at all. Since we paid for two years upfront they give you no choice. You can't get you money back or buy your own device.
