Recharge for shipping to wrong address

I recently purchased some computer hardware from BrilliantStore's online store. Regardless of me giving them my accurate address, they sent my merchandise to an incorrect address. When they sent me an email notifying me that they were sending the package, I quickly responded to the email letting them know that the address was incorrect.

At that point, they told me via email it was too late as the package was already sent and that I should attempt to contact the person at that address to sort it out. As it turns out the package was returned to them as it was undeliverable to that particular address. They contacted me letting me know that they had received the returned package from that address and that if I still wanted the merchandise I would have to re pay shipping costs.

I find this poor customer service at best, and negligence at worst. There is no good reason they should have mailed my package to that address to begin with, but to suggest it was out of their hands, then be able to rectify the situation but instead force me to repay for their mistake is simply inexcusable.
