Some of Walmart's sales of beer are illegal. The guilty parties have not been reported to federal agents where they can be punished even though attempts have been made to report the activity through the correct channels.
Walmart could lose their license for a year, but this has not been done.instead the situation has been quieted allowing the guilty people to continue the activity and Walmart continue to make the sales without receiving any penalties whatsoever.
How many stores would okay this kind of deal? Walmart seems to be big enough to do this without worries.
