Received a text stating: "Walmart has selected You for a Walmart gift. Get your /$1000 Walmart gift card now at http://walmart. Congratsuwon.info/kwpfbbckfp" I did not need to go to the link - it is definitely fraudulent as Walmart will send winner notices by registered mail - not by text to a cell phone. You can block future incoming calls from scammer phone numbers on cell phones by contacting your cell service provider. You can also report this activity to the FTC.
